Orders are placed Friday through Thursday and baked fresh for shipping on Friday and pickup on Saturday.

Light buttery tea cakes with fresh lemon flavor.

Joy bakes fresh each week in small batches to keep everything warm, homemade, and just out of the oven.
Orders that are placed Friday through Thursday are included in that week’s bake.

Baking takes place Friday and Saturday to ensure everything is fresh.

Orders are carefully packed and shipped on Fridays so they arrive fresh.
Orders placed after Thursday evening will automatically be included in the following week’s bake.
